Our space is clean and quiet. Just a great place for a smaller group to hang out and enjoy all that Brigantine has to offer...
Queen Bedroom - A queen size bed and a small futon couch that can be used if needed. Closet space and new AC window unit.
Twin Bedroom - Two new twin beds and storage space. Great spot for the kids.
Living room - We have two couches, one of which is a full size pullout if needed. TV is roku with basic cable and Netflix.
We generally allow self check-in via a lockbox but sometimes greet guests if we are in the area. We are usually local but always give guests their space.
We always try to respond as quickly as possible to any issues or requests.
This is a great family oriented beach town with alot to offer. The beach is 1.5 blocks from the house or a super short drive if you prefer. Parking is always available close to the beach.
If you haven't been to Brigantine the beaches are very wide and clean. You will have plenty of room to do whatever you enjoy on the beach. Our beach has an added bonus of several full beach volleyball courts for all to use. Not to mention great views of the Atlantic City skyline.
We also have plenty of food options near our property. Ernest's deli (featured on Diners, Drive-Ins and Dives), Aunt B's Ice Cream, Richman's Ice Cream, Aversa's Bakery, Wawa, The Cove, Yianni's Cafe, Acme, CVS and so much more are within walking distance or a 5 minute bike or car ride.
Plus you can be in Atlantic City and nightlife within a 5 minute Uber over the bridge.
Our biased opinion - You will have a hard time finding a better location on the island!
Generally speaking, we'd highly recommend Pete's place. It's a short walk to the beach, a perfect amount of space for our family of four, was clean, and communication was easy with Pete. The one draw back is because it's the back apartment in a shared house, there's reduced privacy, as the back patio space butts up to the unit. So if the group in the main house are partying it up, even responsibly as was the group who was there when we were, it can make it tough to go to sleep. We really appreciated the little details of beach chairs, a great wagon for taking our stuff to the beach, and games for us to play. However, there were some overlooked--such as basic supplies in the kitchen (a toaster, colander), bath gel. And a clean up/ upgrade of the outdoor space would make the apartment more comfortable.
Pete was very responsive and easy to communicate with. The back condo was good for a small group getaway and the location was convenient for the beach, gas station, and grocery/shops.
Loved this newly renovated space - very quick walk to the beach!
Very clean property with a newer feel close to the beach. Actually felt a little bigger than what the pictures showed which was great. We would definitely stay here again.
