>Our suite is conveniently located on the first floor, providing easy access. We recommend parking along the top of Kananaskis Way for the most direct entry when loading and unloading your belongings. If you choose to park in the parkade, please note that you will need to walk up two flights of stairs to reach the suite.

PARKING
Heated underground parking lets you leave your car and explore Canmore on foot.
ONE VEHICLE PER SUITE parks FREE (registration required via the Indigo QR code in the suite). Additional vehicles can register and pay through Indigo signage in the parkade, or use free street parking nearby.

AURORA SKIES can be accessed easily within 1.5 hours from the Calgary International Airport and is in the perfect location for accessing all the fun that the town of Canmore has to offer! Follow the directions provided in the Welcome Message.

CANCELLATION POLICY - MODERATE
*100% refund for cancellations up to 30 days before arrival. (Less credit card processing fee. See details below).
* 50% refund for cancellations up to 14 days before arrival.

CANCELLATION CREDIT CARD PROCESSING FEES
* Original Transaction Processing Fees: Stripe`s processing fees from the original transaction will not be returned. These fees are non-refundable.
* Refund Issuance Fees: There will be an additional charge of 2% + $0.30 for issuing refunds, as per Stripe`s refund policy.
* Hostaway Application Fee: Hostaway imposes a 1% fee of the total reservation cost for processing cancellations.
