Stayed Dec 31, 1969Questa casa ci ha ospitato in un momento di passaggio per la mia famiglia, è stata la nostra casa per circa 3 settimane, la casa è dotata di ogni confort, la posizione è strategica, 10 minuti dal centro e 5 dal GRA. La signora T. è una persona molto disponibile, gentile, cordiale e simpatica.. cosa non facile! Consiglio assolutamente a tutti un soggiorno qui!!!

Stayed Dec 31, 1969Sono stato in questo appartamento per motivi di lavoro in compagnia di un collega. Ho trovato la sistemazione eccellente ottima pulizia e la cordiale proprietaria si è messa a mia completa disposizione. Lo consiglio a tutti.

Stayed Dec 31, 1969Abbiamo scelto l'appartamento per la vicinanza all'Ergife: in questo, non siamo stati delusi. I vani sono molto spaziosi e l'appartamento è molto silenzioso. In loco, peraltro, abbiamo trovato il minimo indispensabile (lenzuola, asciugamani, pentolino per the e/o latte) e nelle stanze il pavimento non era stato spazzato. Inappuntabile, invece, la pulizia del bagno.

Stayed Dec 31, 1969La atención de Teresa excepcional. Buen apartamento, grande y tranquilo. Con todo lo necesario y mas. Wifi, aire acondicionado, lavavajillas, etc todo funcionando y en perfecto estado. Autobus a pocos metros, supermercado, bares y restaurantes. Volveremos sin duda.

Stayed Dec 31, 1969La experiencia en el departamento fue muy agradable recomendado para parejas o amigos con hijos ya que el piso tiene habitaciones amplias el único pero fue la cocina que era muy pequeña pero por todo lo demás estaba bien, paradas de autobús relativamente cerca con relación al centro de Roma (15 a 30 min aprox). También un punto bueno fue que hay un ..., farmacia, cafetería, restaurante y estanco a pocos pasos. Y la propietaria una mujer muy agradable y siempre pendiente de todo.

Stayed Dec 31, 1969We had no real problems with the property. We stayed here when the weather was very hot, and there is no air conditioning in the apartment. We would definitely stay here again during a time of year when the weather was more mild. The location is good, with a bar (cafe) right outside and a bus stop right there. It's on the first floor, so there are no stairs to climb or elevators to take. The 24-hour grocery store is nearby. The bathrooms are modern and everything in the apartment functioned well.
