Attic Olivova II - Next to the Wenceslas Square - Grand Luxury Apartments

Great location and the apartment had everything we needed! Perfect home base for our family of 6 to explore the city. All staff was friendly and patient. We accidentally blew a fuse and the property manager helped us resolve it within minutes.

Rached was a wonderful, welcoming host, who stayed in contact throughout our stay and was always very helpful. He even organised to dispose of a broken suitcase for us.

Great communication with host, Rached met us upon arrival and showed us around the place, which was super helpful! The kitchen has great amenities - love that there is plenty to cook with, coffee/tea available, umbrellas for rainy days, a nice coffee machine, and spices/oils. The vrbo gets good light during the day. Plenty of space for 4 people. The location is excellent - walking distance of train station, Airport Express drop off, and tourist areas!Some items that need attention- twin mattress you can feel the springs, living room furniture is seeing wear and leather is cracking, TVs aren't Smart TVs so we never used them, for 4 people we were only given 4 pillows and 4 twin size blankets (even on the king size beds). You can hear footsteps and talking from neighbors late into the night - One night until 3am. Small items like baseboards and windows are broken/not working.

Great location. Host was very reachable. Nice coffee/espresso machine. We used it often. More coffee mugs needed. There were 6 mugs and 7 guests. The main level bath needed some place for shower supplies. No place for soap, shampoo. No bath soap or shampoo provided. The apartment was on the top floor, 5th floor. The elevator did not go up all the way. You had to walk up a flight of stairs to reach the level of the elevator, ride up 3 levels and then you had to walk up a flight of stairs to reach our apartment. There were 30 stairs to climb. 3 of us have some walking limitations and I confirmed there was an elevator. I assumed the elevator would allow access to our apartment with minimal stairs. It did not. The washer dryer was a combo machine which took many hours to complete a cycle. I was not familiar with combo machines and did realize they take so much longer. There were no instructions or guidelines provided. The apartment looked amazing in the photos but a little worn in real life. A few maintenance items needed attention. It was a great location in Prague 1. Very close to the main train station and trams. Very walkable to the astronomical clock area and Wenceslas Sq.

Great for our family of 7 adults! Location was ideal, apartment was well equipped and spotless!

The only complaint was with the Weather, Rached was a great Host and communicated really well, Tania did the perfect job on check-in, all good!

We had a lovely stay in the apartment. Great location, easy walk to main sights. Very clean and nicely supplied with tea and coffee. The helpful host arranged excellent transportation from the airport. Comfortable and convenient!

Location was as advertised. Clean and beautiful was perfect for our group. We loved the outdoor access! Check in was fast and informative and communication was always prompt. Great stay we didn’t have any sound issues though we were warned about it. We didn’t have any issues at all would definitely stay again!

We had a family of 8 stay at the property and had a great time wandering around Prague for a Week and visiting our daughter who is living in Prag for a semester abroad. The communication with the property manager was timely and fantastic. Highly Recommend!!

Our experience with this host was exceptional! Communication was seamless, with constant updates both before and during our stay. We booked the apartment for a family of eight, spanning all ages, and it suited us perfectly. While the apartment is on the top floor, the building has a lift that takes you up, leaving just a short flight of stairs to reach the flat. The apartment was fully equipped with thoughtful touches, from a real bean coffee machine to a variety of spices for cooking. It was immaculately clean, with fresh towels provided, comfortable double beds, and spacious rooms—absolutely ideal for a group. The location was fantastic, with everything within walking distance—shops, markets, and bars—or you could easily hop on a tram nearby. A perfect base for exploring Prague!

The apartment was very nice with great amenities. Rashad was very nice and responded right away to all our questions. The location was within walking distance of all the sights. There was a convenience store right on the corner. The main train station is only a 5 minute walk from the apartment. We were extremely pleased with everything.

Loved staying, everything you need.

Great stay, comfortable sleeping, awesome kitchen. Host went above and beyond helpful. TONS of stairs. There is an elevator but still two sets to access. Would stay again and recommend.

We very much enjoyed our 5-night stay in Prague and Attic Olivova II certainly added to that. In a brilliant location, the apartment was clean and very well equipped and Rached was very responsive and helpful with any questions we had. Check-in and check-out was hassle-free and we would certainly recommend and return to the apartment in the future.
