Stayed Jan 1, 1Excellent accommodation with no smell from the chip shop below due to a tall air vent. Beds very comfy as was the lounge. The balcony was a great bonus. I use a walking stick but could comfortably walk to the great selection of eateries in Penzance. We did have fish and chips once though from Fraser's.

Stayed Dec 31, 1969We enjoyed our stay. The view was great from the fantastic terrace. Comfortable and clean. Practical location.

Stayed Dec 31, 1969The property is in a great central location and has wonderful views. The entrance is difficult to find and us slightly off putting to start with. The property whilst on the surface was clean needed some deep cleaning and I would recommend new bedding. However we had a lovely stay and I think the minor issues of cleanliness could be easily resolved.

Stayed Dec 31, 1969Great Location right above Frasers, outside deck provides a great view of the ocean and bay. Large windows let in lots of light and also provide great view from inside so can enjoy the view when the weather is less than perfect
