A little gem by the sea



The C4R La Joyita de Cádiz is a 105m2 penthouse located on the 5th and last floor.It is the only one of this floor. It has two comfortable terraces, with 35m2 in total, where you can relax, have breakfast with privacy or sunbathe in the afternoon. One of them has access from the kitchen and the other from the opposite end of the attic.



It is located in the main artery of the new part of the city, two steps from the historic center and the best beaches. It has all the equipment to make your stay unforgettable. It also has a free private parking space in a nearby building (about 150 meters).



It has two bedrooms and a bathroom with bathtub. Upon entering the apartment we find a large living-dining room where you can eat and relax after a day at the beach or sightseeing around the city. Next to the living room there is a differentiated space in which the sofa-bed with capacity for 2 people is located and a studio area with desk and table lamp.



From the living room we have access for two bedrooms in the apartment. A bedroom with two single beds from which you can also access the main terrace and the master bedroom with double bed and whose window has views to the rear of the house and the second terrace.



All rooms have double windows or double glazed windows, which means that silence is guaranteed. The arrangement of the terraces makes the rooms of this apartment very bright.



There is a fully equipped kitchenette with access to one of the terraces and a Nespresso coffee machine and toaster are available.



The Santa María del Mar Beach, popularly known as Playa de los Corrales because the cattle were unloaded there, is only 200 meters from the apartment. Due to the waves that occur during rainy days, it is common to see people surfing and bodysurfing on this beach. In addition in the beach proliferate surf schools and rental of equipment for the practice of this sport.



Guests must show a valid identity document and sign a tourist rental contract at check-in (in accordance with Decree 28/2016 of the Junta de Andalucía on Housing for Tourist Purposes).

    Great location close to town and to the beaches, with a nice terrace on Avenida Andalucia (which was not too noisy). However, there was a pervasive sewer/sulphuric gas (like the geothermal jets in Iceland) smell that the agency tried valiantly to fix, but that resulted in my leaving early (after several days even my clothes smelled like a sewer). Also significant is that the property no longer looks like the photos. The rental agency says they do not update photos online because they are not structurally significant. For example, furniture is in poor condition, there is no floor lamp in office area, there is no dresser in bedroom, and the pretty twin upholstered beds have been replaced with cheap wood headboards. If you use the parking be forewarned that it is VERY tight and access is through a very steep one-way ramp which also serves as the pedestrian entrance/exit and is a horror if you happen to be going down and meet someone coming up. The assigned spot is small. After parking once I never ventured down again and parked on the street instead (free, but took 30 min to find a spot most times). There are also bigger paid garages around. Finally, even though I booked with Expedia when I had problems they passed me off to VRBO, who in turn passed me off to the local rental agency. It was a major headache.

    we chose this apartment because of his proximity to old town, paseo maritimo and for the free parking in the building and we were right all our experience with the company was great: very easy access system, clear instructions before, during and check out the apartment is modern with the main terrace overlooking the main boulevard, good WiFi and TV Cadiz4rentals team helped us to recover some clothes left there in the apartment with friendliness and courtesy ...Grazie blanket sheets, knifes and devices for sharpen the knives and open bottles

    This is a great location. The ventilation in the bathroom leaves a disturbing smell and the elevator is extremely noisy. Apart from that it is confortable, close to everything by foot. The unit manager is very efficient and responsive for any issues.

    Es muy espacioso, con una terraza preciosa q en verano debe ser una maravilla. El salón cómodo y amplio. Las camas también. Para una estancia de 9 noches, quizá deberían haber dejado un juego de toallas y sábanas por cada inquilino.

    The apartment was great but we had to shorten our stay due to the coronavirus. The apartment was very clean, stocked well with essentials, only 2 blocks from the sea and a short walk to historic area. The deck with furniture was beautiful. We would definitely recommend a stay here.
