Las Marinas penthouse is a 60m2 apartment located on the third and last floor of a renovated building with an elevator. It has two bedrooms and a double sofa-bed in the living room, which gives it a capacity for up to 5 people.



Very close to the Alameda Apodaca, the Baluarte de la Candelaria, the Genovés Park and other points of interest in the city. Ideal for going for a walk and enjoying the surroundings.



The first bedroom has a 150x190cm bed and the second has a 135x190cm bed, as well as storage space. Next to the bedrooms we find a complete bathroom with a bathtub.



For the comfort of our guests, we have a parking space in the same building where the apartment is located, included in the price of the reservation.



Its location next to the axis of the Mentidero neighborhood, and its famous square, will allow you to discover its most unique restaurants and shops. In addition, in about 12 minutes walk you can enjoy a day at the beach in La Caleta.

    My wife and I had a great stay at this place. The location is perfect because it's in the old part of Cadiz, and close to beautiful parks, the waterfront, and other attractions. The apartment is clean and well equipped. And it even has an elevator. We also loved the outdoor patio where we sat every morning to enjoy our coffee and breakfast. Everything is accessible by foot from this place, which made our stay so pleasant. The staff members at the company that manages this place were also very accommodating and responsive. We highly recommend this place.

    Su ubicación es perfecta, el apartamento no es demasiado grande pero suficiente, a pesar de estar prácticamente en el centro no hay ruidos, tiene una terraza pequeña pero que da muchísimo juego. Nos encantó todo. El parking, el acceso es súper complicado y entendemos que en eso no hay posibilidad de mejorar.
