At the Historical Center

This property is old-style ‘quirky’. It is a home and so it is homely! This is original retro 1970s ( except the shower which is new). It is in a perfect location - 5-10 minute walk to town/train station/buses/ and v near museums and other things to do. Spar is on the doorstep and there are cafes and restaurants around the corner. The host was very helpful and responded quickly to inquiries.

I had a great time in the apartment. Host was super nice and helpful, and there was amazing communication throughout my stay:) Apartment was nice and the bed was super comfortable! Would definetly recommend, and i hope to come back some day!

Roland is super friendly and knowledgeable, and he suggested many cool places for me to visit during my stay. The apartment itself is equipped with everything you need; washing machine, kitchen, hairdryer, and so on. I booked a single room, so it’s next to the washroom and has access to the balcony which is really awesome! Location is the best! Around 10mins walk to the train station. The only downside is that there are so many things scattered everywhere, which feels a bit awkward. Overall, I’m really satisfied with this place!

We had a great trip in Bolzano, our host was very kind and very accommodating, it was also possible to park our car in his garage for free, and parking is expensive in Bolzano. We recommand his appartment near beautiful spots to visit.

We had a great time in Bolzano and this property was in a perfect location. Easy walking distance to everything! The place is a little quirky, but had everything we needed and plenty of space. We would definitely stay here again.

Roland's place was perfect for what we needed. My daughter stayed for 2 weeks and absolutely loved the balcony. It was conveniently located with a small grocery store steps away.

Great location and welcome to the gateway of the Dolomites!

A wonderful apartment with views that seem to go on forever. A large balcony to enjoy the city or drink coffee in the morning. Grocery store one minute walk away. My room had a door to the balcony which I left open every night. Everything you need and more in this spacious apartment. I would definitely book it again.

Roland’s place was just what I needed. I arrived at a very inconvenient time due to flight cancellations and trouble with transit from Verona but we was very friendly and welcoming. I was attending a conference so I only used the kitchen my last morning but it was nice that I had one. I really only came home to sleep but it was just what I needed. Good views from the balcony, a washing machine at my disposal, great internet, and anything else I would need. Roland was easy to communicate with, very friendly, and knowledgeable. I had a very good stay at his place!

The location of this stay is great - easy walking distance to the old city centre, bus and train stations and the key chair lift up to Ritten with all its walking tracks. The host Roland was also extremely helpful with a range of suggestions for sites, eats, drinks and saving some $$. The accommodation is relatively basic, and the small room really is very small. But although it’s not super flash or modern, it’s comfortable and cost effective for a short stay. I also appreciated the possibility of washing clothes and getting them dry before packing, as well as the solid wifi connection.
