Cabin located at 2600m with views of two active volcanoes from your balcony. We set up the MTB Guatemala Cabaña Tecpán for guests of our mountain bike tours. The perfect place to spend a weekend in Tecpán with access to activities and nature. Suitable for up to 10 Guests.

Reservation includes access to our150 acre property with walking, biking trails, platforms and camping areas.

The cabin has terrible access roads had an SUV and had a hard time getting there, once there one of the bedrooms has no heating, no fridge and the only way to heat the leaving room is by using firewood that has to be brought from outside and really hard to light up, top bedroom its only accisable by a ladder a construction ladder, showers can only be used hot or cold imposible to get warm water to shower and top bedroom shower does not work only water spicket, no internet working try both manager and administrator and both had lost their bank card so they could not paid for it. regular phone worked sometimes and sometimes it didnt. 90% of time there was no service in case of an emergency you would be screwed . and their employees not treated fairly, that and all the above listed made me cancel the rest of my stay there need a lots of inprovement before they can keep listing that property here, it is below standars honestly I would not stay there ever again until all of the above has been checked Brendan and Maria need to keep their word
