Aspen Core Durant Condo

Rating Details: The property manager was adequately helpful. The vacation rental was very clean. I was very happy with the location. I was satisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: The condo was generally well-appointed, but it was not in 5-star shape. The dishwasher did not work. Both toilets had issues (one seemed to run continuously; the other had a handle that needed to be manually moved back up after each flush). The shower in the master was difficult to get to the right temperature because that was somewhere between 11:57 and 11:58 if the handle were a clock. And mineral buildup (calcium? lime?) was visible on one of the master bathroom faucets. Oh, and three of the four overhead lights in the master bedroom were burnt out on arrival (but replaced following a request). We were requested not to use the condo towels for the hot tub/pool. But not once upon arrival at the hot tub/pool were there towels available. (One time, someone came and put about six out while we were there, although that was kind of comical given the number of people using the facilities Christmas week). And while we are on the subject of the hot tub, once the jets shut off, it was clear that it needed a vacuum!It would have been helpful to have received a map showing where the hot tub, trash, ski locker and access to the slopes were, but we obviously figured all of it out. All that being said, the condo was spacious, in a very convenient location and a true ski-in/ski-out, and it was nicely furnished. I had much better luck receiving prompt responses from the guy who was listed as the property manager in the condo than Christies. He did have folks manually wash the load of dishes in the dishwasher when no one could get it working. As for the reservation, no one contacted me between the time it was made (in Aug.) and Christmas night (the day before we arrived), even though I reached out the Fri before Christmas and again on 12/24. I seriously feared that something had happened and I was going to have to scramble to find alternative lodging somewhere at the last minute.
