This charming art studio was perfect for my little mini vacation to Sacramento. I think the best part was that it was located in a perfect part of the happening section! There are restaurants and lots of fun places to walk around the area. I appreciate it that it was pet, friendly, and easy to communicate with the host. But has a nice big kitchen and a washer and dryer for an easy stay.

Travelled with my spouse and dog to Sacramento to race in IM California. This was a great place to stay. Awesome neighborhood with lots of restaurants and coffee shops. The place was exactly as advertised and the host was always quick to respond. Very clear check in and check out process.

What a great stay my husband and I had the artist apartment. It is close and walking distance to shops, stores, and plenty of restaurants. Michael was great with contacting us and making sure we had everything we needed. If we return to Sacramento, we will look this place up again. ?

If you are looking for a hip place to stay in Sacramento with easy parking and great bars/restaurants within walking distance, this is the spot! It's also a good value and communication with the owner is easy.

This unit is an apartment unit in the Midtown neighborhood of Sacramento. The location in midtown is incredible and I would highly recommend that anyone considering staying in this area to do so. There are so many great restaurants, shops, and bars all within walking distance. However, I would advise you find a different place in the midtown to stay, because this Vrbo had its fair share of issues. The owners are very inconsistent in their responses. We only ever messaged them during their normal response hours (as provided by them) and the response times varied greatly, sometimes taking over 12 hours to respond. They also claim you can reach them through the doorbell since it has a camera and audio both ways, but they never responded to that either. The bathroom is a strange experience. The shower was incredibly hard to get to switch which spout it was coming out of and there were no instructions for operating it even though it is a very unique shower setup. Furthermore, since the unit is a basement unit, we frequently had bugs like roaches and beetles in the bathroom that we can only assume came up from the drains. The unit has a couple of places where there is exposed insulation so there is some unfinished work that needs to be done. I would also advise anyone considering this location because it is listed as “pet-friendly” to find somewhere else. The owners are not clear about the policy until you check in and you can’t leave your pet unattended

I brought my teen and small dog into town for a 3 day bicycle stage race. Communication with the owner was great and after we found it (took a minute,) check in was easy. The apartment is a railroad style apartment on the bottom floor of an older house in Midtown so be aware that you won’t see a lot of natural light but you will be surrounded by plenty of coffee shops, restaurants, bookstore, record store, etc. and not far from old town— the place is charming! Because we were in town for a bike race, peacefulness was key and while the neighborhood definitely has an active nightlife, the air conditioning and fan provided enough white noise that we had no trouble sleeping. Having washer/dryer, parking and access to restaurants were all bonuses. Overall this was an easy stay for us in the heart of the city…and, my son did really well in his race so, pretty good stay all around!

Came for a little get away with my friend and we enjoyed this lovely space. Tons of places in walking distance. Got a pretty deep sleep since this is a bottom floor/basement kind of place so it's easy to block out the light. A little street noise in the bedroom through the AC unit but that's expected when you're in an urban area. Michael was super easy to communicate with and the cozy space has a lot of cozy amenities!
