Stayed May 1, 2025The flat itself is perfectly located within walking distance of everything in Funchal, 1 min from Mercado dos Lavradores and 5 from the Marina. Constantino is a great host. He communicates before the stay and during to ensure everything is well and made check-in really easy and informative. His local tips were great and he provided web links for many of the walks/hikes around the island. The car parking is in a garage and is perfect so that you can explore the whole island. The flat has all essentials that you need, full kitchen, comfortable bed and lounge area. The online pictures are true and infact we found the flat very spacious.Checkout was also simple.I can certainly say I would recommend this stay and if we visit Madeira again, we would not hesitate to return to Constanstino’s accommodation.

Stayed Oct 7, 2024Easy to get to main Old Town. Would have like screens on windows. Need to clean fans . Couldn’t use with the dust in them. Overall good stay.
