The apartment, located on the first floor of the refined Villa Matuzia and accessible by elevator, is characterized by different shades of blue reminiscent of the sea and original paintings that lend style and elegance to the environment. The entrance opens onto the open-plan living area, finelyfurnished with a double sofa bed, dining table, and modern, fully equipped open kitchen. The sleeping area consists of an elegant bedroom with a queen-size bed and mirrored wardrobe. Both rooms have access to the beautiful terrace overlooking the sea and the surrounding hills. A bathroom with shower completes the layout.

Sanremo: city of flowers, casino and “Festival della canzone italiana” (Italian song festival). In the province of Imperia, Sanremo is the largest city on the Riviera dei Fiori and in this regard Villa Nobel and Villa Ormond offer gardens of a certain value, created both with typical plants, exotic and rare species. Also famous for its buildings of historical and architectural value, not to be missed is the Cathedral of San Siro, the oldest religious building in Sanremo, the Russian Church, one of the most famous symbols of the city and the Madonna della Costa Sanctuary, in Baroque style. During the stay make sure to visit the Sanremo Casino, to admire the structure and the gambling halls dating back to the Second World War.

The emblem of the city is the Ariston Theater, the famous stage where the Italian song festival takes place every year, or simply, a cinema that hosts shows and ballets during the rest of the year.

Make sure to leave the city after taking a walk along the Imperatrice promenade, paved with marble, adorned with palm trees and the Spring Statue by the sculptor Vincenzo Pasquali.



The airports of Nice and Genoa can be reached in one hour and two hours by car respectively. Sanremo train station is less than 10 minutes away by car.
