Both bedrooms feature double beds, that can be split apart two form twin singles if desired, making it ideal for families/couples enjoying a city break, or groups of golfers looking to hit the links. Access to the apartment is via a small side lane leading to the back of the building, up one flights of stairs, and via a hallway entrance shared with the apartment next door.



Upon entering the apartment hallway, doors lead off to the master bedroom, second bedroom, living room/kitchen/dining area. A door from the master bedroom leads to a small utility room with washing machine and dryer.



There is a shared communal garden at the back of the building.

    We loved the location of this property, as well as the bright living area, comfortable beds, and updated bathroom. The traditional yet unfussy decor felt timeless and charming. The laundry machines (separate washing machine and dryer) were user friendly and fast. Highly recommend.

    An epic stay in St. Andrew’s. Location of flat is excellent and has all the amenities we required. Shopping, golf, ruins, harbour, restaurants all in short walking distance. The only thing I would say is that as a college town with a high student population there were two evenings of partying in the flat below us and on the street. Thank goodness they wrapped it up by around midnight and didn’t affect our enjoyment.

    Perfect little place.. cosy, close to the centre and once parked and settled in .. was ideal for the two nights we like to have at this time of year ..
