Stayed Dec 31, 1969Wir waren insgesamt sehr zufrieden. Wohnung und Grundstück waren sehr sauber, alles ok. Was die Ausstattung angeht, war alles sehr spartanisch: Wir haben extra ein Wäsche -Paket (Handtücher un Bettwäsche) für 60 € dazu gebucht. Es mangelte dennoch an einem Badvorleger, Geschirrtücher und Topflappen. Bei einem Preis von knapp 3000 € für 14 Tage hatte ich das erwartet. Dennoch empfehlenswerte Unterkunft!

Stayed Jul 13, 2019No we were not happy about the stay in Italy, the apartment itself was super but there was a construction site just 10 meters from the garden. You start in the morning at. 8am to 6pm. Monday to Friday with trucks that come with matrials and cement trucks all day. I have taken pictures I will send it to you. I expect credit for the stay.

Stayed Dec 31, 1969Die Unterkunft ist sehr gut ausgestattet und bietet genügend Platz. Die Anlage ist auch sehr gepflegt. Allerdings kann ich die Unterkunft für Familien mit kleinen Kindern nicht weiterempfehlen. Der Vermieter wohnt nicht nur in der Anlage, sondern sitzt überwiegend ... auf seiner Terrasse mit Blick Richtung Pool,Garten und Terrasse. Man fühlt sich sehr beobachtet. Dies ist nicht nur für die Kinder, sondern auch für die Erwachsenen unangenehm. Zu beachten ist außerdem, dass der Pool Öffnungszeiten von 9–13und 15–20 Uhr hat. Ebenso ist es nicht gestattet am Schwimmbad mit Bällen oder anderen Gegenständen zu spielen. Daher meine Empfehlung für Ruhesuchende ja, für Familien mit kleinen Kindern (die auch mal laut sind) eher nicht.
