The Space:>
The Area Ocean Flamingos resort is located in a residential area about 2.6 km from Bucerias Bay and offers a simple yet comfortable stay that puts you close to attractions and restaurants. Here you can enjoy the outdoor spaces like the refreshing infinity pool surrounded by lots of sun loungers and beach beds for relaxing, eat at one of the many dining tables with optional umbrellas, grab a drink at the open-air bar, or soak up some rays on one of the most beautiful beaches in the area!

The KITCHEN is well equipped to prepare meals at home, plus a coffee maker for your morning kick start and a blender for an afternoon mixer!



For sit-down meals, there’s a BREAKFAST BAR with 4 stools or an OUTDOOR DINING TABLE on the PRIVATE BALCONY.



2 BEDS and 1 FULL BATHROOM to accommodate up to 3 guests as such:

Bed 1: King bed + wall-mounted TV

Bed 2: Sofa bed



Guest Access:

Guests have exclusive access to the condo plus access to the communal areas that include the pool, and beach.



The Neighborhood:

Nuevo Vallarta, home to Area Ocean Flamingos, is a picturesque beachfront destination on the Pacific coast of Mexico. Just minutes from the resort, you’ll find a scuba diving and water sports center, a bike rental, and the Flamingos golf course. Dining options abound, offering a taste of Mexican and international cuisine, while vibrant nightlife can be found in nearby Puerto Vallarta. Nature enthusiasts can explore the diverse marine life of Banderas Bay, go whale-watching, or venture into lush tropical forests for hiking and wildlife encounters.



Getting Around:

The Area Ocean Flamingos is APPROXIMATELY 16.6 km | 10.3 mi from the Licenciado Gustavo Díaz Ordaz International Airport (PVR). There’s free designated parking if you are arriving by car.



Other Things to Note:

As part of the condominium's sustainability measures 14kw are included daily on your stay. Please now that there is a charge of $6 MXN per KW extra.

Late check-in after 9 pm is available upon request for $500 MXN.

Your ETA & IDs (mandatory) should be sent to us within at least a week prior to your check-in date or upon booking confirmation.

Daily housekeeping is not included but can be requested at an additional charge. For stays of 7 nights or more, a mandatory weekly cleaning service will be scheduled and charged separately.

A security deposit may be required prior to arrival or at check-in, subject to the booking platform used to make the reservation. This fee is charged as a credit card transaction and refunded after check-out, provided all terms are met.

Please make sure you read all the properties rules. Guests will be requested to sign a Rental Agreement upon booking confirmation.



Interaction with Guests:

You will be received by the host, who will hand you the keys personally.

You’ll have complete privacy in the apartment during your stay. Should you need anything, please let us know. We’re available 7 days a week.
