Stayed Aug 9, 2025Our stay was incredible. The accommodation was spotless, private, well-equipped and met every need we had. The location was perfect; right across the road from Black Rock for swims, next door to Manea Spa. We ran out of gas for hot water, but had the gas bottle filled as soon as possible. This will be our accommodation every time we visit Rarotonga from now on.

Stayed Sep 29, 2024Property is very nice, lovely kitchen,bathroom. Bedroom could be challenging if your were elderely as bed is very high and not very accessible on the sides. Comfortable bed. Location is fabulous and gorgeous papaya in backyard.
