Arc de truimph Champs Elysées

We stayed for 2 nights and it was accurately described. We found it to be close to everything that we eeded to see and a short UBER trip everywhere else. Market and Cafes within an easy walk. Apartment was very clean however the stairs woukd be quite a bit for seniors or people with mobility issues. Host was very responsive.

We had a great stay here. We were a party of seven adults. There was plenty of room. The location was great. The host was great extremely attentive and easy to communicate with. Most highly recommended!

This apartment was clean with all the necessities of staying in Paris. Plenty of room and an especially nice sized living room with large tv to sit an entire family comfortably to read, watch tv, play games or whatever in the evening. The location is excellent with a cafe, bakery and pharmacy next door. Close to a grocery store and Metro. Within easy walking to the Arc d’Triomphe. Would stay here again with the family.

My family and I booked this for our stay in Paris. The apartment was fantastic. Short walk to arc of triumph, metro, shopping. Bakery a few steps from front door for breakfast/coffee. Host was very responsive and super helpful and courteous. Will definitely stay here again if visiting Paris!

The flat was a comfortable place to call home for two weeks in May-June 2022. It is a non-touristy neighborhood and was very convenient for catching metro and RER lines with a 30 minute metro ride or 60-90 minute walk to most places we wanted to visit. We were comfortable letting the kids (ages 14-20) go back to the flat from tourist attractions while we headed off for a late dinner or drink. The building is truly classic and in a prime spot for dining. The windows do a good job of keeping street noise down. The living room and bedroom furniture was comfortable. The kitchen was well supplied for some things but lacking in others. (There were no sharp knives, no corkscrew and only two wine glasses for example, so we had to pick up a few things.) Overall it was clean but there are more than a dozen silk plants with a heavy layer of dust and some other clutter to look past. We would happily return.

This is a very nice and large apartment right near the Arc d’Triomphe. There’s a great little store right down the street with great fruit and food; and a place for coffee and danish just downstairs. There are a lot of bedrooms and beds, however, only two bathrooms which could be an issue if you have a lot of people. There were 4 adults in our party, so it wasn’t a big deal. Also, as with most apartments in Paris, there is no A/C. So, if you go in the summer, it will be very warm. There are plenty of fans and you can open the windows, but it will be very noisy. The check in process was easy, and the host was readily available to answer any questions even though she wasn’t on property. There is a small lift, but if you don’t like small spaces, you’ll have a bit of a hike up the stairs. We didn’t mind that though. The apartment has very nice furnishings, and is very comfortable. Very easy to walk to sites and very easy to get a taxi. We didn’t cook while we were there, but the kitchen is equipped that you could cook if you wanted to. We’d stay here again - just not in the summer! But, if you are a family that needs a lot of room in a centrally located place, this would be a great apartment for you. Thanks so much for making our stay in Paris great!

Check in process was easy, location was perfect (you can see the Arc from the balcony) and the host is awesome and communicates really well!

Perfect Perez apartment for big people. Subway is right around the corner and there are lots of restaurants and grocery stores in the area.
