Stayed Dec 7, 2024The condo is super clean, very friendly staff, great location to downtown (although not walkable but easily doable on a bicycle). Fantastic dock overlooking the water.

Stayed Oct 26, 2025A peaceful, unforgettable stay!I had such a wonderful time at Aqua Vista Studio. The hosts were incredibly kind and welcoming, they truly made me feel right at home. The view right outside your door was absolutely beautiful, and I even got to see dolphins and a stingray right from the property! I also caught a few fish, which made the experience even more special. The sunsets were breathtaking every evening. The space itself was perfect spacious with a big private kitchen and comfortable bedroom. It’s the kind of place that makes you want to come back again and again. Highly recommend! Perfect South side St.pete retreat for visitors or locals. Near everything but in its own little world all at the same time. Host where 5 stars !

Stayed Mar 10, 2024Property is located in a very quiet and peaceful neighborhood. The view is beautiful but the property is not well equipped with anything - don’t expect to be able to cook. And be prepared to do lots of laundry because towels are limited to one hand towel, one wash cloth, two bath towels and no dish towels for the entire unit.

Stayed Jan 1, 2023I stayed for one month with my small dog without a vehicle. The property is exactly as described. Small studio with kitchen, open concept makes it seem larger. The view from the property was very nice. The property is a short walk to number 4 bus stop which brought me downtown in less than 15 minutes. Also short walk to small coffee house, dollar store with groceries, two nice restaurants (Mullets and Munchies). Very clean upon arrival. The manager was very friendly and attentive to my needs. I definitely would recommend this place and would return.
