And for maximum convenience, there's also a private parking space in a garage. Perfect for enjoying La Thuile and the wonders of the Aosta Valley in total freedom!

It features a cozy living area with a double sofa bed and a fully equipped open kitchen, a small bedroom with a bunk bed, and a modern bathroom with a shower .
Outside, you’ll find a small outdoor space , perfect for relaxing and sunbathing on warmer days.
‍♂️ Parking is located about 1.1 km from the property (16 minutes on foot).

️ USEFUL INFORMATION FOR YOUR STAY
Once the booking is confirmed, you will receive a message on your mobile phone with all the details, including the rental agreement for your stay. For any needs, you can contact us through the same channel: we are available every day from 08:00 to 22:00, non-stop!

EASY AND SELF CHECK-IN
Access to the apartment is via Self Check-In, so you can arrive freely, without restrictions.
Check-in & Check-out
• Check-in: from 15:00
• Check-out: by 11:00

NEED TO ARRIVE EARLY OR LEAVE LATE
Send us a message at least 12 hours in advance: the service is subject to availability.
• ✅ Early check-in (from 08:00): €40
• ✅ Late check-out (until 15:00): €50

️ INCLUDED COMFORTS
• Bed linen and towels provided according to the number of guests and beds booked.
• Basic kitchen kit: tea towel, detergent, sponge, trash bag.
• Bathroom courtesy set: soap, shampoo, shower gel, and 3 rolls of toilet paper.

⚠️ FOR HYGIENE REASONS, no food items are provided in the house (e.g., sugar, salt, oil, pepper, or coffee).

TOURIST TAX
• Between €1.00 and €2.00 (depending on the period) per day, up to a maximum of 7 days.
• Children under 15 are exempt.
• The tax is not included in the booking price.

♻️ WASTE SEPARATION
• We kindly ask you to follow the waste separation rules.
• At check-out, the apartment must be free of waste.
• Otherwise, a €30 fee will be charged.

PETS WELCOME!
• We are happy to welcome your four-legged friends, subject to request and confirmation.
• Additional cost: €30 per stay.
• Any damage to furniture or fabrics will be charged.
