Due to its location on the seventh floor, it offers plenty of light and tranquility and is only 2 minutes walk from the leisure area of Platja d'Aro and the beach. It has a total capacity for 4 people, with two bedrooms and a complete bathroom.

It is a cozy and luminous flat, distributed with two bedrooms and a complete bathroom. The dining room has a TV with French channels and air conditioning, as well as a comfortable sofa and dining area equipped with table and chairs. The living room gives direct access to the terrace, where you can enjoy the tranquility of the area with your family.

The kitchen is open plan and fully equipped with microwave, dishwasher, coffee machine Dolce Gusto, toaster, kettle, etc.

Bedrooms:

Bedroom 1: double with double bed (180 x 200) with wardrobes, sea views and direct exit to the terrace.

Bedroom 2: double with two single beds (90 x 200) with wardrobes.

The bathroom with shower is at the entrance of the flat.

The terrace is spacious, has a table with chairs ready to enjoy meals with family or friends. It also has a corner with chill-out sofas, ideal for having a cocktail while enjoying the magnificent views.
