Apt near 5 Terre

Very friendly host. Gave extensive overview of the area, tourist information and good streets to walk through. From apt, the center of La Spezia is easy to reach by foot. The apt itself was very nice. Air conditioning. Kitchen. And possible to do laundry. Would rent again.

This apartment is a good location if you have a car but not very close to train station if you expect to take trains to Cinque Terra. Rosy is super helpful and kind and has numerous tourist books on restaurants and things to see in the area. Place was clean and suited our needs.

Rosi and her husband are wonderful hosts . We were met at the train station which was unexpected and extremely helpful - it was 39 degrees that day and walking with our bags would have been a chore . We were given personalized maps and recommendations for restaurants , buses , boats and it was all so helpful . The neighborhood is not at all touristy so if you don’t have a car be prepared for a 20 m walk in and out of town or to take the bus . The apartment is large , clean and had everything we needed . We visited porto venere and the towns of the cinque terre which are all easily accessed from La Spezia . We really enjoyed meeting our hosts they are lovely people and we would recommend staying there. We stayed 3 nights and we are a family of 4 with 2 teenagers .

Enjoyed the place, and owners . Apartment is a bit off the city center but once we figure out the busses, no issue. Good shopping and food in LA Spezia. Thanks

The apartment is clean, bright and well equipped. Close to restaurants, supermarket and the train station. We’d definitely stay here again!

To stay by Rosy and Antonio have been a perfect holiday experience, and especially the introduction to the area was outstanding. It was a perfect apartment, with all you need for 6 persons, in a safe neighborhood only 1.5 km from the city center. If we ever need to go back to La Spezia, then we will stay by Rosy & Antonio

We stayed in this great appartment for 4 nights while in La Spezia as a family of 4. Very spacious, clean, quiet to sleep, good a/c, and incredibly attentive owners who went more than the extra mile to ensure we had everything we needed. They spent a full hour with us when we arrived, providing very useful information about the sights, the best way to get around (car, train, bus), and even had some water for us in the fridge when we arrived. From this very central location we were able to easily drive to beautiful beaches in Lerici and San Terenzo, as well as take the train to Monterosso, and spend two wonderful evenings in Portovenere. We highly recommend this appartment and would definitely stay again without hesitation.

Hosts were very nice and helpful. Apartment is big clean comfortable and updated. La Spezia is a great city fun and charming and a hub to many sites and other places. Would definitely go back again.
