    Cleanliness was the best part of the house. Not having enough towels knowing 8 women would be sharing the house meant we had to go buy laundry detergent to keep towels clean enough to share. WiFi never worked and I tried letting the owner know several times with no response. None of the 4 tvs worked and only one remote found in the house. 4 cups to share coffee between 8 guests that the host was aware of. Beds were quite uncomfortable. The only time we got a response from the host was when we were at the airport leaving. I guess they didn’t want a bad review and still waiting on a refund they said they’d compensate for. We all tried to make our stay fun like we usually do everywhere else, but this place, don’t waste your money.

    Very clean. Very new property. There was a strong lingering smell of cleaning products that was present when we arrived and lingered for most of our stay. Location to downtown Dallas was great however the neighborhood was a bit questionable. On Saturday night we were awakened by gunshots Hard to tell if they were nearby or how close. Sunday night was much more peaceful. The neighborhood appears to be turning over with new construction being built on old home sites. We are not from a big city so don’t know if this may be common or a one time occurrence. Again liked the property with the exception of disrupted sleep one night. Also appreciated the ability to park in the garage.
