Apt 1 Near the Beach,1 bedroom, Private Veranda, Easy travel Ag Napa, Protaras

The apartment was well equipped and had everything you need. It was cleaned twice a week (Wednesdays and Saturdays). I felt very comfortable. All apartments have a large private seating area or balcony and then there is a common courtyard with sunbeds, tables and chairs where you can always meet other guests to talk. Eleni, the host, was super nice, helped with all my questions and also told me a lot about Cyprus. I really enjoyed my time there and can highly recommend the location.

We had a fabulous time. Eleni welcomed us when we arrived and showed us around, giving us all the information we required. She had put cold water and beers in the fridge ready for our arrival and also organised our transfer from the airport. The property is beautiful. You have everything you need and is in a quiet location next to a wheat field. Hope they dont ever build on it.. The apartment is about 5 mins from the sea, in fact you can see it and also very close to restaurants and local supermarkets. The weather was gorgeous for mid November so good in fact we are going back next year. Thank you Eleni for making us so welcome

We had a perfectly wonderful time at this great apartment, near the beach, near the main road, near the bus, near restaurants, near supermarkets - everything that you could wish for when you are on holiday in Cyprus. Larnaca is 20+ minutes away by bus and the bus stop is a short walk from this fully equipped apartment. We enjoyed our stay very much, and Eleni was extremely helpful in arranging for a taxi both from and to the airport. We highly recommend this apartment and look forward to a return visit!

We stayed in Sunbay for a week, with two kids and it was beautiful. Thanks a lot Eleni, she met us in the night and help to find the way.

We really enjoyed our stay at SunBay apartment. The weather was perfect. We rented 2 apartments for a group of 6 people. The balcony was big enough to accommodate all of us, as we had a lovely breakfast or dinner. Our host Eleni is a really wonderful person, very helpful and professional. I would recommend this apartment to anybody looking for a nice and quite place to stay in Cyprus.

We have been holidaying in Cyprus for more than 20 years but this was our first stay at Sun Bay Apartments. It was very clean and well maintained with great views from our fantastic balcony, on arrival we had a cold Keo,bottle of water and a bottle of wine waiting for us which was very welcome. We love the beach so Sun Bay was ideally situated for us just a few minuets walk away, also very close to bars, restaurants and supermarkets. Going into Larnaca is no problem even without a car as there is a very efficient bus service, overall we had a lovely stay and would not hesitate to return or recommend it to friends and family.

The Apartment vas totally perfect and lived in full up to the description. A super nice place to holiday and close to beach, shopping, dining, and the opportunity ro rent a car. Quiet surroundings and and just right for us at the age of 56 and 60. We thank you for your helpfulness and because you organized the taxi from the ariport in the middle of the night and again on the day of return. If we were to have the opportunity to visit Cyprus another time, we will be happy to return. We were truly blessed with the weather, clear blue skies, warm sea everyday and a lovely apartment. The apartment was just perfect for our needs, so comfortably furnished, very clean and in such a peaceful location with constant bird song and flowers smell! A bus stop to Larnaca and Aya Napa was at a 100 m distince Eleni was so helpful all throughout our booking, from the very beginning of the booking stage and when we had arrived. She was constantly helpful and all the information provided covered every little detail. She is truly a wonderful. The apartment has comfortable sofas, beds and lots of little special touches throughout. Everything was as it is in photos. The balcony offered magnificent views. You will not want for anything in Sunbay apts as it is all there! I have been recommending the villa to my freinds! I truly felt all the special touches all around and we felt so 'at home', we barely left it. I can truly say, the next time we travel to Cyprus...we will be back in touch for another booking.

Location: A residential neighbourhood situated to the south of the village of Pyla, Larnaca region. Although sandwiched between the motorway and the coastal (Dekhelia) road the surroundings are surprisingly quiet and pleasant. The loudest noise you’ll hear are the airplanes for Larnaca.There were no night flights when we were there (month of April). The broad public beach is less than 300m distant and from some of the apartments you’ll get a modest slice of sea view. Apartment: A sufficiently spacy and sunny apt, simply but accurately furnished and practically equipped. It sleeps two comfortably, four when using the living room sofas. Self catering is an option in the basically equipped kitchen. Solar heated water in the bathroom with a possibility of electric boost. I think we had the optimally situated apartment (n°5), first floor with a large south oriented terrace. Outdoor table and chairs, 2 beach recliners, parasol. SunBay is situated on a corner, next to a tree lined wheat field. Let’s hope the views won’t be marred by building sites soon. Service: The apartments are rented by the sympathetic and helpful Sardos couple, fluent in English and eager to please. Some water, beer and wine will be there to welcome you. Cleaning is done and sheets changed twice a week, and some excellent bread waiting for you then. The 43 Euro per day price (at the time) is all-in. Other: The supermarkets on the coastal road tend to go rather basic foodwise. The village of Pyla proper is a better option. The bus to Larnaca (430, 15 to 30 min, depending on traffic,) and Larnaca airport (431, 30 to 45 min) along the coastal road go every half hour until evening, but check the schedule in winter. Upon arrival you have the choice between a taxi (25 Euros, 20 minutes’ motorway to Sunbay) or the bus (2 Euros pp, 40 minutes’ coastal road). There are several sensibly priced car rental agencies on the coastal road. Restaurants can also be found on Dekhelia road, nearby El Greco being a favourite.
