Stayed Jan 24, 2026The unit was clean and in a convenient location with easy access to restaurants and supermarkets. Initial communication with the host was responsive and check-in was easy. However, several issues made the stay uncomfortable. Wi-Fi was not available (not initially apparent in the description), and only three of the six space heaters worked, limiting us to using one room to stay warm.The most significant problem was the blocked tub, which caused water to leak through the walls into the downstairs unit. As a result, we were unable to shower and chose to check out early after notifying the host. Unfortunately, the host stopped responding when I requested a refund for the unused days. As a VRBO owner myself, I value fairness and communication, and the lack of response was disappointing.The property was clean, but the heating, plumbing issues, and lack of follow‑up from the host made this a difficult stay.

Stayed Sep 22, 2023The description was very short and not mentioning the worst aspects: very noisy place due to heavy traffic road and loud neighbourhood. Not enough isolated. Very dirty rooms, poor electrical safety.
