    Excellent location. On the main street, yet quiet at nights. Very easy to get to. Great coffee shop downstairs. Early morning noise, when the restaurants are stocking up.The condo is smaller than what online pictures show, but it is still very convenient for all activities. There was no hand soap placed in the bathroom! Also no air-conditioning in the unit and we were there during a heat wave, but manageable since we were out most of the days.

    Our stay in Chamonix was great but unduly stressful at choice points. The location was fantastic! Right in the heart of the town and close to shops and restaurants. View was beautiful, and overall the unit was nicely updated, comfortable and charming. Very nice. ? Not so great things…Check in was challenging. We arrived after hours and had to walk half a mile to get the keys from the property management office, after figuring out how to find it. Total pain! We have stayed in many short term rentals and always there’s direct access to the unit at the complex itself. Horrible inconvenience after a long day of travel. We were fortunate the weather was in our favor… Had it been snowing, raining or otherwise super cold, this would’ve been much worse. Two more easy to change items which would make a huge difference…the unit sleeps six yet they gave us only two tiny rolls of toilet paper, which is absurd. Also, there’s a washer/dryer, but they do not provide any kind of pods or detergent… How difficult is it to provide a few extra rolls of toilet paper and a pod or cup of laundry detergent? When I asked about these two things via email, the property management said they don’t provide those items and this is comparable with other short term rentals. Not true. That’s also not how to stand out in a competitive market. Additionally, no instructions for the washer and none for disposal of garbage, even after my inquiry. Great unit, poor customer service.

    Nice place in a great location. Everything was clean and worked. The management company was easy to work with. Just one note of caution: the place is pretty compact. If you were to fill all of the beds, it would be a tight fit.
