The holiday flat is in a very quiet location, on the turning hammer of Hindenburgstr.n It is on the ground floor, no flat above, no flat below, with its own front door and roof terrace. The dunes are just around the corner, with fantastic hiking and cycling trails. From the dunes you walk 5 minutes to the endless sandy beach.
In the flat you will feel at home on approx. 69 square metres of living space, all on one level. The square metresare divided into 2 bedrooms, 1 shower-bathroom, a spacious open-plan living/dining/kitchen area and a storage room. There is also a roof terrace measuring approx. 15 square metres, which can be reached via a staircase from the flat. There is sleeping accommodation for a maximum of 6 adults, whereby 2 people would have to make do with a pull-out couch in the living room (140 cm wide). The bedrooms have a double bed or two single beds. The seating in the dining area is designed for 6 people, the crockery and cutlery for 12 people. The kitchen has everything you could possibly need, such as a dishwasher, fridge, freezer, oven, hob, coffee machine and much more. There is a washing machine in the bathroom. In the storage room you will find everything you need for laundry or flat cleaning. The flat has a flat screen TV in different sizes in the living room and in the two bedrooms, so that different programmes are available for different people at the same time The flat is a non-smoking flat, a pet may be brought along. However, your pets are not allowed on the couch or in the beds.
A car parking space is available directly in front of the flat only for loading and unloading your vehicle. Otherwise you will have to look for a parking space in the neighbourhood, which is usually not a problem. Bicycles can also be parked next to the flat. The flat is only 100 metres from the unspoilt Nordstrand dunes and a 5-minute walk to the beach, which you can see in its vastness. The flat is in a very quiet location, at the turning hammer of Hindenburgstraße, close to the rehabilitation clinic.
Access to the roof terrace is from the flat. On the roof terrace you can enjoy the sun from the east, south and west. In addition to garden chairs and a small table, there is a cosy beach chair at your disposal.
You can walk from the flat to the island railway station (town centre) in approx. 20 minutes. Bicycle hire, shopping facilities, restaurants and various leisure activities, such as horse riding, minigolf, climbing, wellness and indoor swimming pool are within 10 to 30 minutes walking distance.
