Discover this charming flat, located on the 4th floor without a lift, perfect for a comfortable and relaxing stay right in the centre of Paris. The flat was completely refurbished in 2024 to provide optimum comfort for travellers.

With a surface area of 35 m², this rental comprises :

- a beautiful, comfortable living room (with blackout curtains) featuring a double sofa bed,
- a fully-equipped kitchen (kettle, toaster, dishwasher, coffee machine, microwave, hob, fridge),
- bedroom (with blackout curtains) with queen-size bed (160 cm),
- bathroom with walk-in shower,
- vacuum cleaner, washing machine, hair dryer, ironing facilities,
- TV and Wi-Fi.
Cots can be rent on request, subject to availability.

Please note the following additional charges:
- Late check-in from 9 pm to 12 am: 25€.
- Check-in between midnight and 6am: 44€.

## Neighborhood

By staying in the 9th arrondissement, you will be at the heart of one of the most trendy and animated districts of the capital. Plenty of designers boutiques, restaurants, bars, animations… will be accessible by foot. You will also be able to stroll along Saint Martin canal, one of the favorite places from Parisian people to meet and chill, especially on the nice days, or to join by foot the Marais, Montorgueuil district, Montmartre as well as Notre-Dame. You will just need a metro ride to join the historic center, Père Lachaise cemetery, the Place de la Bastille, and also Champs-Elysées, the Eiffel Tower and all the most famous monuments that have made Paris' fame and contribute to making it the most beautiful city of the world.
To have a drink, we recommend you the Cour des Petites Ecuries, less than 10 min away, where you’ll find plenty of bars with a bohemian atmosphere.
