Idéalement placé cet appartement nous plaît davantage par les améliorations de bon goût qui ont été apportées, notamment à la décoration. La vaisselle a également été renouvelée avec des coloris tendance… Le volet roulant de la chambre a été réparé ce qui n’est pas négligeable ! Nous avons pu aussi profiter du balcon avec une table moins encombrante et un parasol. Un autre plus : un lave-linge a été installé. Reste le changement de baie vitrée qui va parfaire le tout Rajouter un ventilateur en vue des canicules qui vont s’installer à l’avenir de façon systématique et certainement durable

Le contact à l’agence. Personnel sympathique. Il me semble qu’il serait souhaitable de faire un examen approfondi des appartements avant de les prendre en agence pour les mettre à la location. Très déçue, habituée à tellement mieux aux océanides. Heureusement nous ne sommes restés que 5 jours.
