Stayed Jan 29, 2025We arrived late to the apartment as a short overnight stay on our way to Avoriaz the next morning. We'd been delayed at Geneva airport so when we arrived we just wanted to get straight to bed and up early the next morning. The instructions weren't clear how to access the apartment, when it's on the basement, not the first floor as told. Once inside, none of the beds had sheets, pillow cases or duvet covers, and there weren't any in the apartment. One of the pillows had blood stains on it.In the morning, we noticed there were also no towels so we couldn't take a shower. We might as well have slept in the car.
