The apartment is located on the first floor and comprises a living room and kitchenette, which leads directly to the furnished balcony for outdoor dining. The sleeping area comprises a double bedroom, a second bedroom with a bunk bed and a single bed, and a bathroom with shower. Climate control is provided by an air conditioner located in the hallway of the sleeping area, which can be activated upon request for a fee.

In addition to the dining balcony off the living area, the propertyfeatures a small private garden area on the ground floor. This outdoor area is particularly useful and convenient for hanging out laundry after returning from the beach.
The house is equipped with all the amenities needed for a convenient vacation: Wi-Fi, a TV, a washing machine, and a dishwasher. The kitchen is complete with an electric oven and microwave for maximum independence when preparing meals.

IMPORTANT TO KNOW:

– Check-in is from 4:00 PM to 7:00 PM (keys must be collected at the agency, and you will then be accompanied to the house)
– Check-out is by 9:00 AM (keys MUST be returned to the property)
– Security deposit: €400.00
– Final cleaning: €106.00 to be paid on site
– Tourist tax per person per day (over 12 years): €1.25
– Smoking is prohibited inside the accommodation
– Pets are not allowed
– Air conditioning can be activated upon request for a fee of €10.00 per day
– Sheets and towels are not provided. Please bring your own.
– It is strictly FORBIDDEN to bring sand into the bathroom, leave garbage, or leave food/drink residue in the accommodation; you are also required to wash dishes, glasses, pots, pans, etc.
