Stayed Sep 21, 2024The apartment was fantastic. Great location in the heart of the town, amazing views of the lake… but the management company was disappointing. They did the bare minimum, and were not especially concerned about providing good customer service. The wifi did not work during our stay, and their office is closed on the weekends. So we had no support for days, until they got around to responding. Then once we did hear back they were quick to point out that there is a clause in the agreement saying they are not liable for internet, so they did little to help fix the issue. We had a wonderful time in Malcesine, but I would be reluctant to stay here again because of the bad experience with the management company.

Stayed Sep 18, 2025We loved Malcesine and the location of the apartment was spot on. There was an unpleasant toilet smell in the double bedroom and we didn’t receive any response to the email we sent regarding this.

Stayed Aug 20, 2024The place is clean and neat, but does not come with basic things you normally find in VRBO stays. No paper towels, coffee, ect. Beautiful views, but if you plan to sleep, this is not the place. There is no A/C in this apartment, so you have to leave all the windows open to try to catch a breeze to stay somewhat cool. The Ferry starts very early, and it's extremely loud. We had people partying right outside our window until 4:00am, popping beers and carrying on. If sleep isn't your forte, it's a really nice place.

Stayed Jul 6, 2022Beautiful clean apartment, with excellent view to the lake .. Situated in Prime Location.. Having few items in the apartment, like a bottle of milk n some teabags, sugar, salt just some basic items to start us off..would have helped!
