I was very satisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: Great location. Very spacious. Great facilities. We didn't have children but it would be perfect for families.

I was somewhat dissatisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Overall, I do not recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: disappointing since few thinks were not working: TV antenna cable broken, no USB interface, TV remote broken, front door light not working, locks on the windows not all secure, ants in the kitchen, fly screens are not properly installed.

Reviewer Comments: better than the last property we stayed at in Narooma - it was spacious, extremely well equipped, position was very good, only downside was that the lights were very, very dim - maybe OK for younger people but not good for older eyes.
