Apartment located at the Capo di Milazzo in a wing of an ancient Sicilian villa of the eighteenth century, on the first floor, recently renovated and totally independent with independent entrance and private parking space.
The apartment is on two levels: on the floor a large living room kitchen with perfectly equipped lava stone top, sea view, a bathroom and a large terrace. A wooden staircase leads to the upper floor with two bedrooms with windows overlooking the sea and a bathroom; upstairs two bedrooms with windows overlooking the sea and a bathroom. A few meters from the property, a small road leads down to a free pebble beach. A little further on, at about 500 meters there are two beaches with cabins, deck chairs, bar and restaurant where you can spend the whole day at the beach. In addition, 10 minutes by car there is a beautiful fine gravel beach, partly free, partly equipped, which extends for kilometers.
The city center with shops, supermarkets etc. it is about 5 km away and can be reached in 5 minutes by car.

A nice and huge apartment with a great terrace in an old Italian villa, equipped with all you need and a friendly host. A small gravel beach and also one good bar/restaurant in walking distance. For shopping, other beaches and restaurants it's important to have a car, otherwise you're a bit lost in the area.
