Stayed Dec 31, 1969The apartment is quite new and clean. It is close to the beach. There is a small supermarket in 50 metres. - We had to pay the whole amount of the money in advance when we arrived there. The owners do not speak neither english nor german, so there were many misunderstanding. Only their daughter speaks, but she leaves the house often. The apartmant is not soundproof at all, we could clearly hear everything when our owners got up at 7am in the morning. Although there is a balcony, there is nothing to see from there. Parking the car is not comfortable, since 4 or 5 cars have to stand in the narrow place next to the house. But this method is quite common there in the center of the city.
