Stayed Feb 20, 2024It was okay, the location was the greatest advantage. The heater, nor the towels or bed linens were available (only after additional payment, even though all above was listed as essentials)

Stayed Oct 16, 2022This is my second time at this property in the last 6 months. It's a wonderful place, exactly as described, and the host makes EVERY effort to make sure your stay is perfect. Stayed Apr 9, 2022My family and I were looking to travel to Barcelona, so I started looking on VRBO for places to stay within the city. After looking around a bit, both north and south of Barcelona, I came across a listing for a place in Pineda de Mar, north of the city. The place looked great! It appeared to be right on the Med. The location was about a 50 minute train ride from Barcelona Sants station, so we gave it a try! I am pleased to say, this was the best decision I made, after deciding to go to Barcelona! LOL It was a perfect location for my family and I. We were literally right across the street from the beach, and the apartment was exactly as the pictures described. Carlos was the host, and I will never be able to convey how amazingly helpful he was. He was an exceptional host! We were there for 2 weeks, and we were so sorry to have to leave. I guarantee we'll be back, and if we're able, we'll use this property again! My family and I made some memories for life! I can't recommend it highly enough! Thanks for an amazing time!

Stayed Apr 24, 2019Pool was not in use, although there was water in it (April-May). Safe and quiet neighbourhood. Great bathroom. Bedlinen and towels were not included to the announced price.

Stayed Sep 27, 2017Enjoyed 9 days at the Carlos's Pineda mar apartment while we visited Calella for an event, Great apartment in a great location.
