Gym: It is a private facility and applies its rates. Benalcoast Properties has no access to discounts or any special treatment. Please consult directly with the responsible company.



We inform that the building staff, including reception, pool, maintenance, common areas cleaning, and security, are not linked to Benalcoast Properties.

Our company is exclusively dedicated to rental management, so any query or incident related to common areas should be directed to the building administration or the corresponding personnel.



Benal Beach is a well-known complex located directly on the beach. We have a wide range of facilities for you to enjoy during your stay, including 5 pools, slides, a gym, and a market.



CHECK-IN: 24-hour Reception. Entry at any time from 3 PM (except from June 15 to September 15 - entry from 4 PM onwards). Early entry before the official check-in time, upon request and with a supplement of €20 if possible.



POOLS: Only one pool will remain open during the winter season. Due to maintenance, it will alternate between the large pool (unheated) and the mermaids' pool (heated to 23°)



The opening hours of swimming pools and slides may vary depending on the season and do not depend on Benalcoast Properties, nor can we accept claims for this reason or for the closure of the pools.



PARKING: Parking spaces subject to availability.



Community satellite television, subject to community signal - we are not responsible for signal loss.



Gym in the building, with a supplement, paid directly at the gym.

    We asked to change flat as soon as we arrived and point blankly refused to stay there! Property has clearly not been updated since it was built in the 70's!!! Most of the kitchen cupboard doors were half hanging on their hinges and floor where the dustbtin was had not been cleaned well, some of the patio sliding doors were broken and held by sellotape and more importantly did not lock, same for the shower screen in the bathroom which was also broken! It has a very big terrace but it's also in great need of attention. Concrete on the bannister crumbling, the side awning was held by an old piece of string which when we removed just fell and had to be rolled up by hand. An absolute disgrace, a flat that should definitely not be listed for rent. Fortunately, we were out of season and agency (who agreed that property was sub-standard) was able to change us to a much better flat in the same building.
