Lovely well kept clean apartment in a very nice complex in an ideal location. Tatiana was a lovely host, helpful and informative and provided a handy welcome pack.

The property is a traditional Spanish house that has been refurbished to a high standard. It is compact but includes all amenities including a roof top terrace with views of the marina. The house is within easy reach of many bars and restaurants and the host, Tatiana provides excellent information.

More like a little house than apartment. Ground floor sitting room and well equipped kitchen. 2nd floor big comfortable bed and bathroom, 3rd floor, sun terrace. Perfect location in the middle of Denia, amongst bars and shops yet still quiet and unaffected by noise. Spotlessly clean, very modern and well cared for. Tatiana is a perfect host always contactable and available. Use of swimming pool us a bonus. Definitely recommend.

We spent a fortnight in this lovely, light house ,situated near the harbour . We had a really good time.

We absolutely loved the property! Apartment was very clean and modern. It had all the commodities needed: Microwave, oven, freezer, washing machine, etc. apartment is extremely well located close to the beach, the port and Denia's shopping area. Tatiana was great, very helpful and patient. I will definitely rent this apartment again!

We had a wonderful holiday in this amazing modern house! From the street you would never know how beautiful it is inside this home. Lots of great architectural features and modern decor and designs. The roof terrace was stunning - we were out in all weathers and it’s almost a 360° view of the area. Really comfortable bed and top quality bedding and towels. We loved the area and there are many restaurants and bars a short walk away. The beach is only a 5 minute walk too. We would definitely stay here again and Tatiana was very welcoming to us and gave us some good advice about local attractions and restaurants.

We spent Christmas to New Year in the beautiful little house of Tatiana. Tatiana welcomed us very nicely and explained everything and gave us tips for the sights and restaurants. The house was small, but very comfortable and very well equipped for us 2 people. Everything was modern and clean. The view from the roof terrace is fantastic. Parking in front of the house was not a problem. Although we were there in winter, we could heat well with the air conditioning. It would be better, if there is a vacuum cleaner to keep the house better clean during longer stays. The surroundings area is very nice and Denia is easy to explore on foot. At least Denia has no big skyscrapers, which makes it more beautiful. We really recommend Tatiana's house and would have liked to stay longer.

We spent our holidays in Tatiana's cozy apartment and we were absolutely satisfied. The apartment is newly renovated and totally modern and has an awesome rooftoop terrace which gives you a nice view on the port. It's located very near to the beach and also the city center of Denia can be reached with a 10 minute walk so the location of the apartment is very good even when you do not have a car. Keeping contact with Tatiana during the booking and before our arrival was very easy als she responds very fast. She gave us a very warm welcome in Denia, explained everything about her apartment and during our stay she was easy to reach when we had any questions. We would definetly spend our holidays again in Tatiana's apartment and recommend it highly.
