Stayed Dec 27, 2025I really enjoyed my stay in the apartment. Everything was there that i needed, the terrace was a blessing on sunny mornings and late into the afternoon. Would recommend this apartment to anyone wanting somewhere quiet to relax and enjoy the walks and surroundings of Callao Salvaje. The bus stop directly outside the apartment is also a plus point and very easy to navigate the island. Thank you Patrick :)

Stayed Nov 10, 2025The property is in a quiet area with restaurants and shops a 10 minute walk away and good access to the main road system. We loved the terrace where we spent a lot of time.

Stayed Sep 30, 2025In the main amenities were good. Stayed for a month and struggled with the sofa and chairs. Beds all good and comfortable. Being on the main bus route was a plus for us. We explored all along the coast for next to nothing. Easy to get from the airport to here by bus so no need for expensive taxis.

Stayed Apr 7, 2025We stayed here as a family of four with two children and had an absolutely fantastic time. The apartment was clean, well-equipped, and the standout feature for us was the amazing roof terrace—perfect for relaxing in the evenings and soaking up the outstanding views across Tenerife. It was the ideal spot for a morning coffee or evening drink.The location was also excellent—just a short walk to local shops, restaurants, and amenities, yet still mainly peaceful and quiet (some noise at night time from the traffic from the road outside). It felt like the perfect balance of convenience and calm.We would definitely recommend this apartment to other families looking for a comfortable base with a touch of something different.The only downside was the lack of communication from the owner. Which resulted in a few frantic calls to VRBO to make contact the day before we arrived. Not great when you are due to leave for holidays with a family in tow.

Stayed Sep 14, 2024This property is superb. The furniture and fixings are a little worn/ dated but there is plenty of equipment, cutlery crockery etc The roof terrace is definately its biggest asset. Its huge, well furnished, not overlooked and has great views over the coast and sea. Patrick the owner was happy to allow late check in and check out. There is a key safe on the door. I believe Patrick lives in Belguim but has maintenance and cleaners to look after the property. We got a little twitchy about check in details as they were only sent on the day we travelled but all was good. There are a total of 2 balconies and 1 roof terrace. The property is over 2 fllors. The first level is the two bedrooms bathroom and open plan kitchen and lounge.one bedroom has its own balcony. Theres another balcony with table for 4 at the base of the stairs leading to an upstairs kitchenette and the roof terrace. We used the provided electric hotplate/grill and cooked on the roof terrace most nights which was a lovely space to spend the evening with the family. Only negatives are that the second bedroom is very tight. Theres a single bed and a bunk bed which has seen better days. My 17yr old son didnt feel like using it so he used a pull out under the single bed. Personally i think 2 seperate singles and less wardrobe storage would be a better solution. The only other thing is that theres no aircon. Small fans are provided but we ended up leaving doors and balcony doors open to keep it cool enough to sleep com

Stayed Aug 14, 2024The apartment is in a small development in a residential area with access to a swimming pool. The apartment is clean, well equipped and the roof terrace provides a great outlook to the sea. We had a great vacation, the apartment served as a great base for exploring the local beaches!

Stayed Apr 23, 2024We came by bus from airport absolutely no problem. The property is 10 minutes downhill to the village and 15minutes uphill back which suited us to a tee. We are both pensioners and need to walk every day. All in all a great stay which could only have been improved by contact of any sort with Patrick

Stayed Mar 4, 2023Very good property. It has great sea views, is quiet and is within walking distance of Callao Salvaje. Lovely roof terrace. Inside it is extremely well equipped.
