Both the city center and the enchanting lake promenade can be reached in about 12 minutes on foot. Using high-quality materials, the apartment meets upscale requirements for a stylish apartment residence. The modern apartment is located on the 1st floor and has a living room, a coffee/tea kitchen with refrigerator, toaster and coffee maker (no stove and oven available), a bedroom and a bathroom and thus accommodates 2 people. Other amenities include Wi-Fi, satellite TV with international channels and a fresh air ventilation system in all rooms.

You can reach the lido and the thermal baths after a 20-minute walk (1.7 km). Meersburg is the ideal starting point to explore the western part of Lake Constance. A ferry will take you to the lively and versatile university town of Constance in just a few minutes. For guests who want to enjoy their vacation without their car, there is a bus stop directly in front of the house.
