It is located in a beautiful building built in 1876, protected for its architectural and historical value but which has all the comforts, including an elevator. Located in a street that preserves very well the buildings of Malaga from the 19th century, in which the value of several of them stands out. At the end of the small street we find the famous Pasaje Heredia, the oldest in the city, which gives access to the most important square in the city, the Plaza de la Constitución and the popular Calle Larios. The beautiful views of the street from the two balconies stand out.

It is also close to supermarkets and fashion stores, and the most popular restaurants. It is easy to reach from the airport and from the central bus and train stations.

IMPORTANT: The street is busy, especially on weekends and holidays and can be noisy.

CHECK IN: Arrival at the accommodation is from 15:00, but we strive to receive our guests at the time they need, on request.

PETS: Pets are welcome, the owners will be responsible for the well-being of the animal and for any damage it may cause. The rules of the house and the community of owners must be taken into account. €20 will be charged upon arrival for cleaning for each pet. We can provide a bed and a feeder-drinker, upon request.
