THE APARTMENT

The Terrace:
- It's the largest and best-oriented terrace of all the apartments, with views of the green area of Santandría, the pool, and the sunset. It's Impressive!!!!

The Bedroom:
- A double bedroom with a double bed, a large wardrobe, and equipped with a 32 TV. In addition, it has access to the terrace, and you have the en-suite bathroom.

The Kitchen:
- It has a Nespresso coffee machine, an Italian coffee maker (screw type), as well as an oven, microwave, ceramic hob, blender (hand blender), toaster, kitchen utensils, and cookware.

The Living Room:
- The living room is equipped with a 55 TV, powerful WiFi for remote work, an Italian opening sofa bed of 1.35 m, a dining table for 4, and air conditioning.

The Community:
- The community is very quiet, as most are owners who come for vacation, and the bedrooms are NOT facing the pool, so you can enjoy rest and silence in the apartment.

The Pool:
- It's the only space shared with other members of the owners' community.
- It's a large pool as you can see in the photos, in addition to sun loungers and a shower. It also has a Jacuzzi area and a children's pool.

SERVICES:

- KEY DELIVERY through a safety box. Within 24/48h, we will meet to sign the check-in form.
- 24h TELEPHONE ASSISTANCE for any issues related to accommodation or your vacation. .
- CLEANING SERVICE upon your arrival and departure for 7-night bookings. For longer stays, we offer additional cleaning services. .
- BED LINEN AND TOWELS provided for each person included in the booking. .
- FREE WIFI suitable for browsing and leisure, as long as extensive bandwidth is not required. .
