Damage Protection Options
To help protect the home while keeping guest costs reasonable, your reservation includes accidental damage protection coverage up to $1,000 through a non-refundable damage waiver.

Guests who prefer may instead choose a fully refundable $1,000 security deposit, which will be returned after checkout provided no damage occurs.
