Stayed Jul 7, 2025My wife, kids (17 and 15), and I had enjoyed the apartment and the complex. AC in both bedrooms and in the living room/kitchen. Nice outdoor balcony to look at the ocean or read. The beach is right behind the complex so an easy walk. Restaurants galore. A grocery store across the street. The place was exactly as described.

Stayed Aug 21, 2024Just returned from a week in Alcudia. The apartment’s location is second to none - overlooking Alcudia beach which is fantastic for families. The apartment itself is a bit tired and could do with some TLC, but other than that was fine and well equipped. Anna was very helpful; quick to respond and answered all our questions. Hopefully the apartment gets the attention it deserves in the off-season. If so we’d happily stay again!

Stayed Aug 20, 2023This was a perfect location for access to Alcudia beach. It is a great beach for young families with fairly spacious beach access and shallow water. The apartment provided everything we could have needed. It was bright and modern, and had a lovely balcony overlooking the beach too. The only slight negative (which is personal preference) is the beds were quite hard, but some people might like that! We had an amazing holiday, and the apartment being in such a brilliant location definitely made it one we would return to.

Stayed Aug 6, 2023We booked this condo last minute. The owner was very accommodating and ensured that we are able to enjoy our time in Alcudia. The condo was nicely equipped, and was only steps from the beach and Alcudia nightlife. It was a pleasure to stay in this property.

Stayed Jul 19, 2023Our accommodation manager Anna was fantastic, apartment had everything you will need, clean and comfortable, great pool in the complex, location is perfect though only downside is the music from the local beach bar, which finishes at 12Pm for any one who likes an early night.
