T3, type duplex, 2éme et dernier étage avec ascenseur, sans vis à vis, très lumineux avec une vue exceptionnelle sur la chaine de montagnes (vue sur la RHUNE) , une terrasse plein sud équipée d'un store ou vous pouvez vous restaurer à l'abri du soleil.
Très calme, spacieux et très bien décoré, refait à neuf , et proche de toutes commodités (10 MN DE LA PLAGE A PIED et DU CENTRE VILLE).
Des commerces se trouvent au pied de la résidence (boulangerie, boucherie, poissonnerie, primeur, pizzeria, pressing, coiffeur et beauté, médecins).
Cet appartement dispose d'une suite parentale à l'étage et d'un salon avec un canapé convertible pouvant accueillir 2 adolescents .
La pièce de vie très lumineuse où se trouve une cuisine tout équipée et ouverte sur un salon et une salle à manger. Une chambre avec une salle d'eau se trouve également autour de la pièce de vie.
A votre disposition, deux parkings gratuits ainsi que la wifi.
Un arrêt de bus se trouve au pied de la résidence pour vous conduire du coté de Biarritz Bayonne ou dans l'autre sens St jean de Luz Ciboure.

Great location, superb view on the balcony and a boulangerie on your door step!Lots of equipment in the kitchen.The only drawback is the lack of air conditioning when the weather is very hot in August but I understand that this is to be installed soon.St Jean de Luz is a lovely place to stay with great access to the seaside, including the Spanish coast and the Pyrenees.

Quiet, clean, light and spacious with a wonderful view. 10 minute walk to city centre and beach. Our host was very helpful and readily available. However, light on toiletries so suggest you bring everything you might need.
