Stayed Aug 16, 2025Great apartment with lots of practical things needed for a weeks stay. Pool and bbq area a bonus. Manuel and family were really helpful and helped make our stay a good one. Lots to do in the area especially outdoors. We will hopefully be back!

Stayed Aug 25, 2018The property was good - mattresses quite firm but ok, all nice and clean. Some noise from adjoining apartment one night in the early hours. Good location for trips out and visits to Santander - station 1 mile away. Descriptions on the HomeAway website not really clear - I mistakenly thought that there was only the one apartment in the building but after paying the deposit was told there were two! Also, pool is not private-was shared with owners family and the other apartment

Stayed Dec 31, 1969We stayed here as a family of 4 in early August 2015. The apartment was well furnished with a small cooking area and two separate bedrooms of adequate size. Very polite and helpful owners who live onsite. They were perfectly willing to allow me to store my bikes in their garage which was a great help. Lovely swimming pool, not heated but it is surprising how refreshing it can be! Wifi was a little poor but worked fine in the garden area. Very close to road network so easy to get to national parks, beaches, caves etc, and probably only 15 minutes from Santander city centre, and about 20 minutes from the ferry port. Many, many very good beaches nearby, all quite quiet and with parking at hand. Just what you want on holiday - reliable and peaceful accomodation in easy reach of the sights.
