Apartment no. 2 - for 2 persons, quiet, close to the beach,

Unfortunately I have to make a very negative review. It's a shame because the house wasn't bad (although with a very old style). The location is good, in a quiet area. But everything else was really awful! Peter was not a welcoming and helpful host at all. The house is NOT equipped with air conditioning, which in 2023 is quite inconceivable for a property located in Ibiza (it’s really hot in summer!). Never mind the fact that there is no air conditioning. But there wasn't even a fan! ? I spent the first night without sleep, the hot was incredible! After the first night I asked the Host if he could kindly get me a fan. He responded by telling me that he didn't equip the house with a fan because he doesn't think it's that hot!? After I insisted, starting to get angry, he told me that he would get me a fan by going to get it from his warehouse (Peter is an electrician, he is not a professional host, and it shows!). The incredible thing is that he brought me the fan only the next day, making me spend even the second night with that incredible hot!? No attention for the guest, incredible! For this reason I decided to anticipate my return to Italy by one day. Being a host means a completely different behavior, dear Mr. Peter! You ruined my holiday! Ps: Mr.Peter has several houses for rent. It's a kind of Residence. Note the fact that my Germany neighbors had a fan! Why?? Are there maybe “Series A” customers and “Series B” customers? Really deplorable behavior!
