Apartment Medulin, 200 m from the sea, 600 m from the sandy beach

Ronald is a very kind and thoughtful host. He met us at the apartment and gave very clear instructions on how everything worked. The apartment was just as described, attractive and very comfortable. It was within a short walking distance from a small grocery store, and many restaurants. Ronald gave many suggestions on things to do in the area and some of his favorite restaurants to try. My husband and I enjoyed our stay in Ronalds lovely apartment and we would gladly stay there again. Highly recommend apartment Medulin.

Our Host was a very dedicated and caring person. He gave us a lot of good tips for sights, Restaurants and places to see and be. The apartment is very clean and cosy. every gadget you need is existing. the harbor and beach is not far away. we are planning to visit this place and the same host again. Thanks for everything!

We had a nice holiday at Ronalds Apartment, who was always helpful and kind. We personally met his father who did the check-in with us. He was also very open. The Apartment equals the fotos and is close to the promenade and many restaurants. Only one improvement should be made: The Equipment in the kitchen could be better ( no electronic grill, small amount of plates and glasses,thus the dish washer is never full). Summing up we had a pleasant stay and would come back any time.

We had a wonderful time. Perfect with Air Condition because it was very hot. Really nice Apartment and very good organised from Ronald. In the night it was a little bit loud from the night clubs and the promenade. Thanks!

This apartment was great. Modern and very clean also a perfect location for exploring the surrounding area. We really enjoyed our stay. We were a short walk from lovely beaches and restaurants. Roland was helpful and understanding as we checked in early and checked out late due to our flight times.

We are a family of four and were happy with the accommodation. We went during the hottest month and did struggle with the heat a little even with the air con. However plenty of trips to the nearby beach helped and the kids loved going on boat trips to the nearby islands. We were picked up by Elio, Ronald's dad from the airport and also driven back at the end of our stay and he was extremely welcoming and helpful.

On arrival at Pula airport we were met by Ronalds Dad, and taken to the apartment where his daughter who spoke english showed us around, and gave us all the information we required to ensure we enjoyed our first visit to Croatia. Apartment was very clean,and contained everything we needed, including some complimentry drinks in the fridge.The family could not be more helpful, even giving us their telephone number in case we had more questions when they left. Shops, ATM, Harbour, Beach, Restaurant's,Bus Stop for Pula were all within 5 mins walking distance. We spent a few day's at the beach, (one small gripe sun beds were expensive if you were only staying at beach for a short while), visited Pula and did the sights there, took a day boat trip around the islands, stopping off at one island for lunch in Hotel there and swimming, and another Island where we had a guided tour and time for shopping. Trip included lunch at Hotel and drinks all day on the boat. Excellent value at €40 per Adult, and €20 for Students. At the end of our holiday we were taken back to the Airport by Ronalds Dad. We would highly recommend this property to Family and Friends.

Had a relaxing week in Medulin. Weather was warm enough, most days, to swim and enjoy the sandy beach 400 metres from the apartment. The apartment, while centrally located, is a mix of holiday and residential apartments. Nice and quiet - Ideal for us with our three girls aged six to ten. There are a good selection of eateries by the harbour and seafront and two supermarkets nearby if you want to eat in. Kitchen well stocked. Very friendly at the Idilia Restaurant directly at the beach with great sea views. Pizza's and truffles in sheeps cheese very tasty in Koral restaurant by seafront. The cafe in the old town square, up the hill by the Post Office and near the Church, a relaxing place to unwind. Plenty to do in Medulin, other than relax on the beach, from boat trips around local islands, bicycle hire, horse riding and the usual water sports ranging from scuba diving/wind surfing/jet ski/banana boats etc. Pula nearby worth a trip. Awesome Roman Amphitheatre. Took public bus in, which cost 75 kuna (€10 approx) for the five of us. Took taxi back for €100 kuna (€14 approx). The apartment is clean and well maintained. The owner, Ronald Ilic, provided great customer service and was very friendly and welcoming. Maybe it's because it's early in the holiday season but Ronald met our Aer Lingus flight from Dublin and brought us to the apartment 13km away and back to the Airport at the end of the trip.
