Near all services in the Benal beach complex just 50 mts. from the beach. This spectacular apartment has a large double bedroom, fully equipped kitchen with all appliances and a large living room with sofa bed that opens to one of the largest terraces in the surroundings.

This one-bedroom apartment located on the eighth floor has sea and garden views, a large dining room with 4 seats, fully equipped kitchen and everything you need for your vacation.



The official capacity of the apartment is 3 people according to current regulations. If you have any special needs or are a group of 4, do not hesitate to consult us before booking.



Extras not included in the reservation:

Late checkout: Price to be consulted, variable by season. Under request and subject to availability.

Extra towels: 5€ (1 set of 1 hand towel and 1 body towel)

Extra clothing kit:

We inform that the building staff, including reception, pool, maintenance, common areas cleaning, and security, is not linked to Benalcoast Properties. Our company is exclusively dedicated to rental management, so any query or incident related to common areas should be directed to the building administration or the corresponding personnel.



It is an impressive property in a complex equipped with a gym, swimming pools, spa, jacuzzi, etc. (subject to gym schedule and availability).



Full access to all common areas such as 5 pools with slides, gardens, hammocks, bar, pool bar, restaurant, game room, etc.



There is also a Supermarket located on the ground floor of the complex.



Access to the complex by car is allowed through the gates, which are controlled by reception (please ring the doorbell).



CHECK-IN: 24h Reception. Entry at any time from 3 PM (except from June 15th to September 15th - entry from 4 PM onwards). Early entry before the official check-in time, upon request and with a supplement of 20€ if possible.



POOLS: Only one pool will remain open during the winter season. For maintenance, it will alternate between the large pool (non-heated) and the mermaid pool (heated to 23°)



The opening hours of pools and slides may vary depending on the season and do not depend on Benalcoast Properties, nor can we accept claims for this reason or for pool closure.



PARKING: Parking space subject to availability.



Community satellite television, subject to community signal - we are not responsible for signal loss.



Gym in the building, with supplement, direct payment at the gym.



Access available to all common areas such as the different 5 pools with slides, gardens, sun loungers, bar, pool bar, restaurant, recreational game room, etc.

There is a supermarket located in the complex open from Monday to Sunday.

Tourist options in Benalmádena:



- Benalmádena Sea Life Aquarium - Located in the Benalmádena marina, it is a conservation and protection center for sharks inaugurated in 1995. The Sea Life brand belongs to the Merlin Entertainment group, which manages more than twenty aquariums in Europe.



- Dolphinarium and Penguin of Selwo Marina - Park that houses the only Dolphinarium and Ice Penguin in Andalusia.



There are 1.3 km from the Arroyo de la Miel train station to Benalbeach: Atenas Gym is in the complex with daily and weekly rates that you can consult directly with them. Taxi and bus stops are located at the entrance of the complex.

    Nice large apartment with large terrace. The ocean view pictures are not accurate, its more of a park view and ocean view is over your neigbbors terrace. Very friendly staff that manage the rental property. Our flight came in very early and we were able to check in right away. The hotel itself is very confusing to navigate. The outdoor pool was so beautiful but it was way to cold to really enjoy. Amazing location one block down to the beach. If you have mobility issues walking back up might be an issue its quite steep. The apartment was lovely, only down side was the bed was quite uncomfortable/hard.

    Very handy location close to the beach, park and bus stop. Apartment was comfortable with a lovely big outside area that was nearly always in the sun at some part of the day. Lovely hot water and powerful shower. I think it would have been nice to have a bottle of water in the fridge upon arrival and possibly a dishwasher tablet or 2 ( not that we used it) and washing machine one also. Towels were a bit like sandpaper but otherwise happy with it all.

    Apartment is a good size with everything you need for your stay. Shops and bars short walk away. Shops in the street very expensive so best to go to the Mercadona which is 15 mins walk uphill but worth it as large variety of products. Didn’t find many nice restaurants nearby, it was very much burger and fries which was disappointing. Massive terrace/balcony which was lovely. All in all very clean and good accommodation.

    This apartment is great. It has everything you need for perfect holiday. Clean and modern and the most awesome terrace. The views from it are unbelievable. Location is great, it’s quiet but only 5mins to beach shops bars etc. The terrace overlooks La Paloma park which iis fantastic. You can spend hours there. Pool and gardens are beautiful and well maintained. Will definitely come back next year
