APARTMENT IN VILLA WITH GARDEN AND SEA VIEW

A very nice house with everything you need inside and outside.

We stayed only 4 days in this wonderful appartement- and it was certainly to few. We have never visited this area before and we were strucked by it's charm and beauty. The host mr. Armando Bonomi was very helpful both in practical matters but also in giving inspiration and ideas about what to see in the region. Ruth and Flemming Denmark

I spent a week in the garden flat and it was a lovely stay. The place was exactly as pictured, clean, bright and fresh with a very comfortable bed. My friends were staying in the upstairs flat so it was nice to make use of both outside spaces. The check in process was easy, Armando was super friendly and helpful and easy to contact when needed. While this is not necessarily a negative Just note the place is located quite far from anything so you do need a car if you stay here. I would definitely come back for a relaxing chilled break.

The facilities at property was exactly as we expected. The apartment is in a quite area on a hill overlooking La Sepzia. We had hired a car so getting into town was no problem. We visited many places in the surrounding area - very easy. Fantastic Holiday and will certainly book this apartment again.

We had the best time here!!! The house is incredibly clean, new and it has everything you can think of. The garden smells of citrus (there is a big lemontree) and roses. Nice view, great garage for our rental car. We had our baby with us, a bed and babychair were arranged without any problem. The host is the kindest you can imagine. Like I said, go here!!!

So much could be said when you rent a house in a foreign country... We came in La Spezia on a rainy/stormy day and mr Bonomi ( the owner) was waiting for us à the train station. He showed us the town, even came with us at the grocery store to help us to start the week. Once we got home, we found a very clean and fonctionnal house, newly renovated and filled with attention to details that travellers can appreciate. The terrace is lovely to enjoy the italian sun and we can also confirm that every thing you see in the photos is every thing you get. There should be a photo of mr Bonomi too, since he is a great asset of this property! Our stay could not have been the same without him and his family. Fianlly, a perfect rental to enjoy Cinque Terre!

The appartment is exactly the same as it looks on the photos. We staied on the first floor and I was really happy to have the sun buths in our private garden. We also spent 7 lovely quiet evenings sitting outside and drinking Chianti. The appartment is spacious and there is everything you may need during your vacations. It was extremly clean and I also liked the style ot the furniture. The owner - Mr.Bonomi - is very kind and hospitable person. This was the best appartment we have ever rented :) I am happy to recomend it to all, but also kindly advise you to be driving.

La Spezia is a great destination to visit 5 earths and also the golf (Portovenere and many beachs around Lerici...). All things are less than half a hour by car (train station, boat, beachs, Portovenere,....). The apartment is very clean, nicely decorated with a quite environnement. The hospitality is greatfull, mr Bonomi show you the important places for your hollidays.
